Shipping Costs
 

U.S. Shipping Terms:

We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment. We provide free shipping with U.S. Zip Codes by USPS Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail is available; however, customers pay the predetermined cost.
 

International Shipping:

We offer Worldwide Shipping on all of our items via USPS Priority Mail International and Express Mail. International Customers pay all shipping costs. Please inquire about shipping rates before checkout. All international packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition.
 

Shipping Times and General Information
 
Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of the products ordered, shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary. Should you choose to pay by Cashier’s Check/Money Order or Personal Check, payment is expected within 5 days and your order will ship once your payment has been received and cleared.
 
All shipping time estimates are in business days. Priority Mail Shipping is estimated to be 2-6 business days - but can take an extra day to remote areas.
 
If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will not proceed with order delayed fulfillment without your approval.

If you order more than one pair of shoes and we do not have all items available in stock, we will send them separately.
 

How will you contact me regarding my order?
 
Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgement.
 
You will receive confirmation of shipment within 2-3 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Your notification will include the method of shipment and tracking number. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.
 

Shipping Areas and Restrictions
 
Orders can be shipped to locations within the U.S., U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses and Internationally to Canada, Japan and Australia as well as select countries in Western Europe. Superior Clogs ships to all 50 states using USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska may experience longer than usual delivery time frames.

We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must travel via USPS and may take longer than the 5-7 business days indicated in the shopping cart.

Parcels sent to APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via the United States Postal Service and can take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive.
 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
 
If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your purchase to us for an exchange or refund. If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please feel free to contact us prior to returning your items. We welcome and encourage exchanges and will make every effort to help you find the right product.
 
You have 30 days from time of purchase to return any item back to us for a refund or an exchange.
However the clogs must be clean and worn only to try on for fit.
 

REFUND RETURNS
 
All returns and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Standard refunds are derived from your items invoice amount, not including shipping/handling. Refunds are issued in the same method of original payment, unless otherwise specified.
 

EXCHANGE RETURNS
 
We will process exchange requests for a like items or even similar items, based upon availability. Please keep in mind that our inventory fluctuates rapidly and frequently we do not have all sizes available. If the item you are requesting is not available when your exchange request is processed, we will notify you of the status, and process a refund. While not necessary, you may email us at info@superiorclogs.com or call us to find out if an exchange is available ahead of time.
 
Superior Clogs is available by phone 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
 

Privacy Statement
 
Superior Clogs will protect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information such as your name, email address or purchase history under any circumstance.
 

E-mail

Superior Clogs uses customers' e-mail addresses to confirm orders, update order information and to notify you of issues with your order. We send out an email newsletter the first of every month to update you on sale events and special notices. The choice of receiving or not receiving sale notices and product-related e-mails is yours. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.

We take precautions to protect any information you give us. When you contact us via any of the contact information on our website, we protect your information both online and offline.
 
We use encryption to protect any sensitive information transmitted online and we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to your information. The computers/servers in which we store any information are kept in a secure environment.
