Returns & Exchanges

Unworn shoes can be returned at any time for an exchange or a store credit. Unworn shoes in resaleable condition purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days.

Note: Worn shoes are not returnable. If the item appears to be defective, please contact us at 715-394-6072 immediately. We cannot accept exchanges or returns that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way. So please test drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface. All returns & exchanges should be shipped to:
